Hi, I’m Emma Krieg, and I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in women’s health, hormones and fertility.
I support women through PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, infertility, fatigue and weight concerns using a realistic, evidence-based approach to nutrition. My focus is on simple habits, balanced meals and sustainable changes that actually work in real life, whilst helping you understand your body, build confidence with food, and create habits that fit into real life.
