about me.

Hi, I’m Emma Krieg, and I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian. I am passionate about all things women’s health and fertility

I help women find hormonal balance through a down-to-earth, step-by-step approach. I believe that achieving balance doesn’t have to mean extremes—it’s all about finding what works for you.

Whether you're dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, or simply want to optimise your energy levels and mood, my mission is to empower you with practical, sustainable strategies. I blend the latest research with personalised care to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your life. And let’s be real—I’m not about quick fixes. We’re in this for long-term results.

My business is 100% online, which means I get to work with incredible women all over the world through 1:1 coaching, 12-week programs, and a variety of wellness events and workshops. Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your body without sacrificing the foods you love, so you can feel your best without feeling restricted.

Regardless of where your journey begins, I am here to support you every step of the way.

I believe in lifestyle change. I believe in creating a plan that works for you to stick to long term. Did you know that 95% of diets fail? That’s why we don’t do them at EKN. There are multiple approaches to diet and lifestyle change and it is important to find what resonates with you. I believe in creating guidelines and principles to live by, but allowing flexibility and freedom for you to enjoy the joys of life. It is about what you do most of the time. It is about a mindset shift. Check out our FAQs to know more!

from our clients

Emma helped me understand how important nutrition is to develop healthy eggs for conceiving and give my body what it needs to do something so natural. Along with analysing blood tests I had done, Emma formulated a nutritional plan that included key foods to include in my diet and supplements to take. She checked in with me every few weeks and ran through the plan in any areas I needed assistance with.

With Emma's help, I was able to give my baby the best environment to develop and grow in, which I'm extremely thankful for.

I highly recommend using her as you'll walk away knowing that your body will be happy and healthy if you follow her plan and advice.

I would highly recommend Emma for anyone looking to see a dietitian. She is great at implementing small and simple changes into your diet that work for your schedule and nutritional needs, so that it doesn’t feel overwhelming when you begin to introduce these changes into your lifestyle. Throughout the process Emma has made me feel very comfortable to share my health concerns and bad habits, without feeling any judgement. She is prompt in her follow ups consults, so that you always feel guided and supported throughout the whole process and her ability to be transparent and knowledgeable whilst also being able to show a genuine care in your well being, is what will continue to make Emma strive in her field.

As a PCOS sufferer in my late twenties, it has been essential for me to finally manage my symptoms and address future fertility concerns before trying for children. The hardest part for me was finding a practitioner that could incorporate a balanced (but not overly strict) plan to my busy lifestyle. Within only a few months under Emma’s guidance, I saw my cycle regulate for the first time since quitting birth control years ago! Emma was able to develop a cooperative plan of action that I find easy and even fun to implement in my daily life. I’m delighted and relieved to know my PCOS symptoms can be mitigated so quickly with the right support.
