Analysis it

The menstrual cycle can give in depth information on your current health! Together, we will discuss effective tracking techniques and analyse several menstrual cycles to understand the hormonal changes that are occurring during your process. This can give us insight into potential imbalances and areas to address to help achieve hormonal balance, weight loss or improve fertility.

A nutritional and blood work analysis will then allow me to identify your current requirements and if they are being met or not. This is a key factor in supporting your hormonal health and managing hormonal imbalances. Blood tests will be done in conjunction with your GP. Most tests are covered by Medicare (will differ for clients outside of Australia).

Nutrition Care Plan

You will receive a personalised nutrition care plan taking into account all the information previously discussed. The plan will address areas such as recommended meals, nutrient intake, exercise regime, de-stressing techniques and a supplement plan if required.

My philosophy is all about making it easy! I will provide you with several easy-to-follow resources that will help get you on your way with a simplified approach. You will have regular contact throughout the 12 weeks and any adjustments to your plan can be made to make it achievable for you. Weekly check-ins gives you the opportunity to receive feedback on your meal choices and touch base if you have any questions. All clients have the option to extend their program on a monthly basis.
