Gather your gal pals and come together to discover the ins and outs of women’s hormones and how we can use nutrition and lifestyle to bring balance into the body in a way that works for you and your lifestyle.

The world of hormones, menstrual cycles and nutrition can be confusing. We got the basics in high school *maybe and we see a lot on Insta, yet for some reason we are still left completely unsure of what will actually work for us.

You’ve tried to eat healthy, to exercise and have done some research but something still feels a bit off and you’re not sure if what you’re doing is working. You’ve got questions and need to clear up some facts.

Gather a small group of gals, find a host and settle in for a night of learning about women’s health.

  • host comes for free, we just need a room and TV

  • small group size of 8-10 people, gather your girlfriends

  • topics are flexible depending on age range (from nutrition, fertility to menopause)

  • 60ish minute presentation followed by question time

  • snacks always welcome

  • $20pp
